This entry simply registers, without glosses or citations, two morphologically similar perfect middle/passive participles (in the masculine nominative singular) of divergent meanings.
The first comes from the verb parora/w, "I overlook" (etc.: see LSJ s.v.); cf. pi 592 (gloss) and LSJ s.v. It is found as a glossing participle in several lexica (references at Photius pi353 Theodoridis) but attested in its own right in -- and so perhaps extracted from -- the Septuagint, where it occurs in a phrase (twice quoted by Origen) from 1 Kings 10:3 (an account of the openness between Solomon and the queen of Sheba).
The second is the same form of the verb paraiwre/w, "I hang up beside"; cf. pi 627 (note), pi 628 (note), and LSJ s.v. It is unattested outside lexicography.
