A stray phrase presumably quoted from somewhere. Its verb e)lli/pois -- aorist optative active, second person singular, of e)llei/pw (epsilon 826) -- is unattested elsewhere; however, the same phrase with the present optative (mh\ e)llei/pois) occurs in Theodorus Studites, Epistle 175, and the Suda's headword phrase might be a homophonous lapsus for that.
