The primary headword is third person singular, present indicative middle-passive, of the verb u(popi/mplhmi. (See also at pi 1635.) The secondary one is the corresponding participle, in the masculine nominative singular. Both are presumably quoted from somewhere -- the latter perhaps Plato, Protagoras 309A, though there are other possibilities.
