1. The problem is too big

if you don't start, you can't fail

smaller steps are easier, therefore harder to fail!
3. It's something unpleasant

may be less bad if it's smaller
4. Perfection Paralysis
"I won't do it until I have
enough time to do it all at once, and perfectly"
allow
yourself to be imperfect
5. Habit
habits are made to be broken
